I like the clothes range with in stores, displays are very interesting the way they have been placed with in certain areas. Shoes department is nice as the merchandising, is good as easy to shop.
I love shopping at the Wolverhampton store but is such a shame that it is spoilt by certain members of management, I have on number of occasions witnessed bullying from manager to staff and it always seem to be the same management, and they are not very friendly or welcoming.
Store on number occasions has been a bit difficult to shop in as is gets very messy, you wounder where all the staff have gone.
Overall, they have lovely staff members always will to help and always smiling, I think merchandising needs more work to it not very attractive and eye catching, and i think people skills and communication needs to be worked on in that store for on managers.
