Bad Points

Early redemption fees are high! End up paying more than you initially borrowed even after paying the loan for several years!
Monthly payment continually increases in line with interest rate increases!


General Comments

First Plus Loans definately not the answer - If your circumstances change e.g divorce and you have to sell your home and pay off the loan you end up in even more debt due to the early redemption charges!
