Bad Points

Promised a courtesy car if my car off road due to accident, however when an uninsured driver put my car off the road i was informed that i will not get courtesy car as they cannot claim it back, leaving me with no car. Terrible customer service do not return calls


General Comments

Hastings Direct Car Insurance - Claim service very bad accident happened on Saturday and as I write this on Wednesday evening my car still sits in a recovery yard and has not even reached a repair shop despite the fact I was informed that this would be dealt with first thing Monday morning
