Not much.
Extremely rude staff. They charge you for taking a bag, and they complain if you don't take their travel insurance. Suspicious searches of medication were made despite having the required doctor's letter. They change your booked flight arrangements and 'forget' to send you an email!
I recently canceled a booking with Ryanair due to their inability to perform any sort of customer service. I checked my booking on their website to discover that my departure date had changed to the day after that which I'd originally booked. When I spoke to customer services, they said that they had been forced to change their flight schedule and no longer had any flights on my requested date. I asked why an email had not been sent and was told that it 'had not been deemed necessary because it was so far in advance'. The agent was quite rude and interrupted me several times. After various other issues with this airline, this is the last straw. Never again!
