Insurance plan reasonably priced.
I have found M&S Pet Insurance to be extremely slow in processing claim forms.
Some staff at Marks and Spencers Pet Insurance have been very unhelpful when I called to find out why they were taking SO LONG to process my claims form. My original claim form they lost ! ! so a kind customer adviser E-Mailed me another to speed up my claim. Two and a half weeks later I am still waiting for a cheque. Overall they couldn't care less about my pet or my frustrations regarding their sloppy service. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Would rate this company 1 out of 10 only because they can answer the phone when it rings.
