General Comments
I spent '£40.98 and ordered my drum unit on 21st October 2007 from printcartridgedirect and guess what..... it still hasn't arrived! After numerous phone calls and emails, they realized that they actually do not stock the drum unit I want and that i should get a refund! A month has passed and they haven't responded to my emails and their phones are always unplugged or engaged.
Please don't make the same mistake I did!
