General Comments

Fable: The Lost Chapters is a superior single-player roleplaying gane.

~[Gameplay]~
The beginning of the game is centered around teaching new players how to use the controls. The controls are easy to learn and are simple to use.
Though there is no multiplayer, Lionhead Studios quickly makes up for this with an innovative gameplay. In the game, players are able to fish, own property, hire assassins, be assassinated, customize their character with tattoos, haircuts, and beards, and even marry. The character is also enabled to travel over a vast stretch of land called Albion which enables the player to meet new characters, fight new foes, and endure new climates. As an added bonus, the character can develop scars from previous battles, which allows the character to look more fearsome or battle-hardy.
The character is able to follow 3 different skill paths: Will(Magic), Skill(Stealth), and Strength(Melee). Following different paths, like following good and evil will enable different styles of gameplay.
Good and Evil. As an added bonus to the game, the player is able to choose to be good OR evil which will solicit different responses from the in-game characters(NPCs). The player is also able to follow the quests that differ upon whether the character has chosen to follow an evil path or a good one. The good/evil choice also alters the way the story forms around the character, enabling players to play the game over and over again with a different choice of action and result. And of course which many players including me asked was, "Will I be able to kill anything I want? Or is this going to be a cheesy 'kill baddies only' kind of game?" The answer is yes! You are able to kill anything you want! Even innocent bystanders!
The storyline is quite short, which causes the gameplay via storyline to be short, but the story is compelling and the player starts to feel empathy for the character. Once the storyline is over, the player is then allowed to keep playing after the credits finish rolling. During the aftermath of the story, the player is allowed to finish unfinished side-quests, and continue with the game mechanics.

~[Improvements]~
The game could have been improved with a longer storyline. I finished the game within 3 days. There is no multiplayer which would have been nice, but the game mechanics quickly overshadows this fault.

You're being perhaps a little too positive; but I agree that the game is thoroughly enjoyable and is rivaled by few games in the fields of immersive game-play and addiction. Such a blindly excellent review as this may perhaps be fitting for Fable 2; but you may want to consider turning down enthusiasm just a bit.

I disagree. First of all, Fable 2 hasn't even been released yet.

Also, I feel that my review was not overenthusiastic at all. I rated the game like it is. Is there anything in particular that you found was untrue?
