I have found Cheap Hotel Resorts hard to contact, poor phone service and I am waiting for a refund of a cancellation for near 2 months.
General Comments
If you use their services I advise you not to contact them, the phone lines are poor sometimes are disconnected and the phone operates when they don't answer as far as I am concerned to get you to put the phone down...
