If I ever want to cancel something again with them I am prepared for a long wait.
I canceled my broadband on the same day that I got it and now have to wait a month for the marker to be removed. Therefore I have no internet for a whole month as far as I am aware! When I canceled the broadband they told me it would take 7 days to take effect. Unhelpful customer service in my experience therefore I do not recommend BT Connect Broadband.
