Flew before without a problem apart from they had no record of our seating booking for the return flight.
Flight booked for months suddenly had 2 changes within a couple of day. First the inward flight time was changed then the outward flight was cancelled altogether.
No real reason given (Operational difficulties!).
Still waiting for a refund - impossible to get Customer Services to handle this - costing 50p a minute for nothing.
Then a few days later they cancelled the outbound flight altogether.
I've emailed for a refund but so far had no reply after a week. Apparently you have to wait
Customer Service non-existent.
Jet2 changed the time of our return flight from Budapest to Manchester making a bad time of day even worse.

I've emailed for a refund but so far had no reply after a week. Apparently you have to wait 21 days and the credit card fee is not refunded.
Ring customer service at 50p a minute (costing at least £5) but all they can do is note the problem!!!!!! they can't progress the refund.
