In-flight entertainment is great, very large offer of movies and Tv-shows as well as games. On a long trip really worth the money.
I also liked the quality of the food and the large drink offer.
Cabin crew was very friendly and efficient.
Passenger screens in front cannot be inclined properly to watch, when the passenger in front of you has his seat inclined.
Sound was very poor.
We chose Singapore airlines due to its great reviews and its advertising. I was completely satisfied with the service and the amenities. Even though it was a flight of nearly 12 hours I was not bored and not hungry.
