This is the worst company I have ever used and I will never, ever use again.!
I payed £1.49 for my ticket Belfast to Liverpool (+ taxes, it was £29 one way), they charged me £12 for a hold luggage and £18 for my baby's buggy, they charged me £10 for the baby on my lap (+ taxes), anyway, all in all, a return ticket Belfast Liverpool was £149 from £2.99 advertised. That's not all. On the return flight check in they tried to charge me £60 for overweight luggage, which was exactly same luggage I came with from Belfast and I passed through no problems!
I had to through a lot of work clothes away , as I wouldn't pay their £60 for something I have already paid for!!
