None from my experience.
Flowers didn't arrive until 2 days later. Rude customer advisor's on phone did not seem interested in receiving complaints.
Paid just over £50 for some flowers to be sent to my Aunt on her 60th birthday. Flowers didn't arrive and when I chased them up where delivered 2 days later. I complained and was offered a refund but 2 weeks later this has still not been paid. I have chased up the refund today and have spoken to another assistant who was not interested and told me my refund was waiting to be authorised by their bank and should be with me by the end of the week. Not good enough and I will never use Interphone again.
