General Comments
Designer Living took our money in sept 07, and it has taken us till March 2008 to even agree what it is we wish to buy whilst they have tried to give us something we don't want - plus their products aren't cheap either so you are going to ensure you get what you want. We felt the designer pushed us into buying what they feel you should have. I found them unprofessional and also unable to deliver to their promises or timescales. The only way I was going to resolve the matter was to buy another sofa otherwise I would have lost 5k!
