When it works - great for shift workers who would like to follow a series
Reliability! Poor quality equipment.
As I have noted from previous reviews, the signal breaking up on replay of recorded programmes is our main beef.
Apart from that the Sky+ box functions well, if a little slow, but our PC is slow so I guess we're used to that!
Since having the box installed last week, we have seen the engineer once and liked him so much he is booked to come back again on Thursday!
Personally I believe the engineers are a lonely lot who like to make long term friends, hence the recurring problems!
Anyway - the box is due to be replaced Thursday for a new, not reconditioned one (thanks to previous reviewer for the tip!) and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we are one of the lucky families who get one that works!
