As a first car it has been brilliant. No problems what so ever, starts first time every time, brilliant mpg, brakes are nice and sharp, gear changes are smooth. Loves high speeds, great on the motorway.
A touch on the noisy side to say the least, Standard stereo system is awful, so I upgraded it, now I don't hear the noise from the engine. A bit sluggish unless you pull away at higher revs, seats aren't the comfiest, so I got a beaded seat cover and it is much better now. Had a slight leak with the washer fluid, had to replace the tank as it had cracked somehow, starter motor played up a couple of times but this was due to a corroded wire.
Great car for driving round town, and on motorway, handles quite well, very efficient, Good looker. Make sure that the previous owner isn't a "larger" person, as springs in the seat tend to compress and stop the seat being comfy. Great reliable car for the not so performance conscious.
