Phoned about MCE Insurance premiums return tried for 3 months solid before a reply phoned one day and was on the phone for three and a quarter hours and was passed back and forward to nine different people absolute disgrace. Would never advise anyone using this company cant wait to get their money but don't want to know when they have to pay out.

    A bit harsh- I've found them to be superb. They've just opened a new call centre as well so service should be even better- although I've never had problems!

    I agree with this review because...the same thing happened to me. They are very speedy at taking the money and starting up a policy. Very unhelpful when it comes to making a claim or cancelling a policy.
