Very efficient on the phone, and sent a text message when the recovery vehicle knew its arrival time. All the AA chaps who have attended the call outs in the last 7 years have known their stuff.
They called back just before the truck arrived to pick me and my toddler son up and tried to cancel the recovery telling us to get a taxi home and hide the keys on the vehicle.
I pay £180 a year for just about all their services, over the past 7 years have had about 7 call outs in total (most being home start with battery replacements) we have two modern cars and a 34 year old VW camper which is the most reliable! They recover the person and don't care what car you are in, this is the difference with these guys. Overall, pretty good.
