Good Points

They have a good range of units, worktops and appliances.

Bad Points

The Norwich branch. Didn't communicate very well with us. They had a problem with a fitter and it took 3 months to resolve, in fact we're still not settled yet as they won't credit back money they overcharged us.

General Comments

I would not recommend them to anyone. My main gripe is the lack of service we received. If you like their units, my advice is to get a joiner to buy them trade and fit them for you. Don't fall for the "Full Circle" service like we did!

    Interested to know that Magnet have not yet refunded this customer the money owed,I am in same situation at present,I have tried the South West area manager as well as the store manager,is anyone else still waiting for a refund for items not recieved or services not given at the time of installation,I am interested to see how many other customers are in same boat? also has anyone got a review about Wigmore Street Branch london?I am about to write to the MD of magnet so I will make sure I include this link for him to read.

    UPDATE - Just yesterday Magnet finally returned to fit the extractor they should have done last year. We have now had all refunds except the last amount (for the cost of my plumber fitting stuff that they should have done but didn't) and I'm told this isn't disputed but will be processed soon.
    Altogether a very disapointing experience and hours of my time wasted trying to resolve it. I would hate for older/less savvy customers to deal with them as they'd never get the problems resolved!
    A "thumbs-down" from us!
