Clean spacious cabin, stop on demand video
First choice really have to do something about the toilet situation, only one toilet for the whole of the premier cabin, and by the end of the flight only one for the whole aircraft (all others blocked) , which reading other reviews seems like a regular occurence. NOT ACCEPTABLE
Had a very good flight Jan 08 Gatwick-Cancun, seats comfy, food suprisingly good, entertainment system very good (premier class), crew efficient-reasonably friendly, however problem with toilets which apparently happens all the time, and on a 12 hour flight is simply purgatory specially if you have a weak bladder as I do!
Return flight even better-amazing crew couldn't do enough for you, and humourous as well !, Problem with entertainment system which was fixed quickly and politely by crew, once again plenty of room even for my son who is 6'2''.
Would definitely book to fly with them again (and have done Jan 09)
