Very friendly, home phone support, when someone tells you they will ring you back they usually do, very chatty and understanding have been with them for 6 months and had a few minor problems like static on my line, but all sorted.
Bad Points
Some people you cant understand and sometimes get mixed information.
General Comments
Excellent service, some mixed feelings as there have been a few problems but they have been sorted ok, friendly bunch when you can understand them but every one has to work!
