Like the fact that you get something in return for using the & more card especially at xmas or for special occasions.
After a bad experience of my payment being received due to posting in the shop I now pay at a till as there is no way to prove you have posted payment in store.
I shop weekly at your store and find the staff friendly and helpful but I must say I did prefer the store the way it was in the food hall (green as it was fresh looking and clean) instead of the black as I find it very depressing, the rest of the store is fine but the food hall is too dark. Also can't understand why collect by car in store has been moved to the far side of the store making it longer for staff to take the boxes, they should have been left where they were as when store is busy boxes (stacked) are taken down full aisles making it I would have thought an accident waiting to happen if time and motion were called in I think they would agree.
