Good offers in my experience.
Slow speed and capping thought as far as I am concerned.
In my opinion it doesn't matter where my call lands up if it is india or uk what matters is if I don't have help and I need help for it to get back on line!
Its normally frustrating when I do not receive any help in my opinion, but when I call them up for support I stay calm because I need help as I am paying for it and I am not getting so if I shout at the tech support keep cribbing about a uk tech support person I will never get help as far as I am concerned now therefore I do not recommend www.virginmedia.com.
