I'm now on the NewNet Direct service, just over 3Km from the exchange (straight line) and I'm getting 9.7Mb when I was only getting 2.2Mb on the BT upto 8Mb service. The tech guys know what they are talking about and if they cant help you there and then they take your number and they do call you back.
Seem to be big jumps between some of the package included bandwidth limits.
Support is best I've had so far with an ISP, and UK based, the buying of extra bandwidth usage has changed after a few people started to complain and the system is now better for everyone.
Over all the best I've had since I was able to get broadband and I'm also getting the best speed ever. Well recommend NewNew.
