Good Points

Sometimes you get a good individual, but usually not.


Bad Points

Rude, unhelpful incompetent apparachiks who blame customers for their company's mistakes.


General Comments

I avoid them whenever possible. Most recently, I had a First Class ticket on Lot from Chicago to Krakow. Missed my connection due to mechanical problems. When trying to rebook the connecting flight they lost my reservation, then found it but claimed I hadn't paid -- despite having issued me a boarding pass earlier. I showed them my proof of payment and despite my patience and politeness, I was ignored for 2 hours while they looked. Finally found a supervisor who found my ticket, but by then it was too late to board. Instead of putting my luggage on the flight they put it in "Lost and Found" If this is first class, what is coach like?
