Nothing outstanding in my experience
Download speeds only ever near claims for short period at beginning of contract. Frequent loss of service including not recognising password for couple of days. Call centre difficult to understand and unable to apply common sense in my opinion.
Download speed was almost never better than 200 kbs from a 2 Mb line.
Speed suddenly dropped to below 2 kb one evening. Found an email next day that they'd upgraded my line by switching from BT to Kingston. Tech support couldn't accept that this might be cause of problem and had me wasting ages checking extension leads and disabling antivirus.
Thought I'd found an answer when I phoned their cancellation line (on a Friday) - was offered a rental reduction and a promise that engineer would deal with it on the Monday. Dealing with it consisted of telling me the system needed time to settle down and would take another week. There'd been no progress in 4 days so rang the cancellation line again to try for a better response.
Unfortunately they took over 30 minutes to answer by which time I was so annoyed that instead of accepting an offer to speak to engineer again I just canceled. Probably hasty. Will now have to find another provider before family find out. Therefore I do not recommend Supanet.com.
