After having an in principal decision of £240k from Northern Rock, and now really struggling to get a mortgage for £137k is a joke. We earn over £55k a year between us not including commissions and have excellent credit. We have had problem after problem, with them not believing paperwork which we sent them. I have had even had to go to the Inland Revenue to confirm that I am not a director of the company I work for, nor am I self employed or have shares within the company......... they are like the Soap Police really are.

Avoid if possible!
