Bad Points

Hard sell to upgrade car
Selling us "roadside assistance" without even mentioning it!


General Comments

After a very long trip from Gatwick to Florida you don't really need someone in your face pushing you to upgrade your chosen rental (as it happens when it was obvious we weren't going to upgrade he told us to take ANY of the 7 seater cars).
No, we only wanted to pay for the tank of petrol as agreed with Auto Europe - we repeated over and over.
They added charge for "roadside assistance" without even a mention and proferred the agreement for signature with all this info on the other side.
Take your time at the desk and don't rely on what they tell you - CHECK EVERY LINE AND EVERY CHARGE.
