Bad Points

Complete disregard for customer satisfaction in my personal experience and opinion.


General Comments

I became a customer of Breathe, not by choice, but as far as I am aware because they bought up my old ISP. For many years I'd had a 'no problems' internet experience with appleonline, who became macunlimited. Breathe changed that. They lost my stored emails (deciding to 'upgrade' the system with no forewarning, no advice to back up), I have never managed to access my webspace since they took over ...
and they just are not interested in helping in my opinion.
I do not recommend www.breathe.com.
