Good Points

Produces great crema on espresso. Intelligent controls mean it can be left alone indefinitely safely. Excellent steam pressure for milk frothing. Very clean to use.


Bad Points

Out of the box, the coffee usage setting produces weak espresso. Can only produce one cup at a time from pre-ground coffee.


General Comments

I bought this to replace my very old Saeco Bar 2000 which I bought second-hand and has given very good service. I expected to have more trouble setting this machine to give me the quality of coffee I wanted: I was pleasantly surprised. I had to increase the coffee quantity setting and after three attempts I have it set perfectly. I am now comfortable letting the machine do all the work and simply enjoying the results.
