Really wonderful dogs, with terrific character and personalities.
Bad Points
Very single minded, not easy to get them to change their mind if they really want to do something, especially the naughty things.
General Comments
Our sympathies to the previous person who posted that their dobie died of a heart problem. Ours did the same thing at four years old, just over a year ago. Beautiful sunny Spring day, and he was running about having a wonderful time, then just dropped and died. One of the greatest shocks we have ever had. We have anther little girl Doberman now, and we love her dearly, but we still miss him dreadfully, and will never get over it.
