    good like to see she found it hard going also.
Good Points

Good warm up and easy to follow.


Bad Points

Didn't enjoy the pink fluffy surroundings and also Jordans outfits!


General Comments

Thought it was a very good workout really feel the affects but the first time I done it I was to sore the next day to do it so had to carry it out then skip a few days for my muscles to stop hurting!
