The quoted interest rates
very slow to set up, is nowhere as simple as stated in their publicity, very slow at any e-mailed response; can barely understand the telephone call centre
After a month setting up an account, find my first transfer impossible, and no answers to e-mailed questions. Hopeless - the worst internet account I have ever dealt with. I am now withdrawing my initial deposit and closing the account. I hope I don't have too much trouble doing that.
