Good Points

high quality softened water, high flow rate, economic on salt, compact size.


Bad Points

Have to physically look into the unit to see if salt needs topping up- would have thought that such an advanced softener should have an electronic means of seeing when salt needs to be added


General Comments

Have had this water softener since 2001 and covered ever since on the Aquadial extended warranty at £39.50 pa. Has proved to be a very reliable product, only recently requiring its first repair since new. Have always found the technical dept at culligan to be very helpful.
