Rapid response. Excellent service


General Comments

I contracted Lyme disease in USA. There was no problem reclaiming any expense with my treatment. A few weeks later my wife passed a kidney stone. Phew what a holiday. Once again Norwich Union came up trumps. On two occasions they phoned me to ask how my wife was! Great service
