Good Points

Nice range of attachments.


Bad Points

The main attachment - the blending stick - lost an essential component and was rendered useless after being used less than half a dozen times. Breville don't offer spares service for this part, which requires purchase of the entire blending stick at a cost of '£8 plus postage. They don't stand behind their products very well.


General Comments

I wouldn't buy another Breville product, given their customer service. If you want a nice hand blender, I recommend the Dualit hand blender - nice hand hold, good selection of attachments, good performance, easy to use.
