Easy set up, arrived on time, full strength access all day in my area (Wigan), instant access to web pages, no delays, customer service available and answered all calls straight away.
None as yet, but don't expect any really. Will comment any if any arise.
Easy to arrange, delivery confirmed by letter, the day after I arranged it. Kit arrive on the correct day. Letter received to say the transfer date from BT to SKY Broadband. Transfer completed on the correct day. Kit was really easy to install and I was on line within 10 mins of opening the broadband box. I received letters at intrim stages to tell me the progress of the order too. Speed is good and have had no bad experience at all, am very happy.
