Reliability - In 2 years never had any downtime. Speed averages 5000- 5500 kbp's (on an 8mb package) at 1.5 miles from exchange. But then previous ISP's I had went as low as 1.5mb - 2mb at peak periods, which was a pain for downloads.
Just a little pricer than the big names. But then, for an extra fiver a month, you do get good reliability and a better than average performance - oh, and a UK service desk who answer the phone relatively quickly - not bad these days!
I've been with quite a few ISP's over the years and helped set up others on various ISP's (So I think I know how it works). Have been tempted by other £18.99 deals, but but have read their consumer poor reviews. Zen has more of a Business User feel and as a homeworker that uses the net for online conferences, lotus notes databases and email, plus web site building - then reliability is a must.I am happy with ZEN Internet and its generous 20g cap, 8mb speed and high reliability.
