They are cheaper then most. Use their website only during their business hours. Their customer service is forever ON HOLD, also many disconnected calls.
The worst customer service ever -- problems with their websites regarding credit card information and billing addresses. I called my credit card company each time to verify if there is anything wrong with my credit card -- information all correct, but still problems with bt-store.com ??? go figure.
The prices are a good tease. However, the times of the flights can be challenging. The biggest obstacle is when you want to finalize the purchase of the tickets --- you are locked out again, and again and again. That is my biggest problem with them. Plus the customer service --- LAST TO NONE. Always on hold and lots of disconnected calls, even with a landline. When you finally get a confirmation, they give you an alternative agenda due to flight changes --- go figure. Just be careful using this website
