making excuses
Do not respond to emails or calls,
Do not manage squat
i am so glad to hear that other people have had the same sort of problems with Countrywide Property Management. its incredible, but the same things have happened here. they forgot to pay our electricity bill and E-on threatened to come in and cut us off. we have reported graffiti, damaged doors, damaged gates, abaondoned cars and they do absolutely nothing. they cant say they "manage" anything. all they do is hoover stairwells.
