Good Points

Mmmm can't think of one, oh no dust bag


Bad Points

Main hose split, small hose on base split, the joint on the small tool failed and now the motor has packed up. Still I guess it lasted 3 years what do you expect for '£200 these days.


General Comments

OK for large open area but as soon as you have clean the stairs or behind the TV etc I had to fight with the machine, also very heavy to carry up and down stairs. Only plus point is the lack of a dust bag but I intend to go back to the old technology. Only bought one of these because of the all the hype! My old Electrolux cylinder cleaner worked great, think I will try another or a Miele.
