Most of my expensive diamond jewellery , necklaces, pendants & earrings, came from EJ, & I have never had a problem with any of it. It gets loads of wear, & I'm not the most careful person, but none of the pieces have broken, so I am very happy with EJ jewellery, & will happily buy from there again.
Only 1, at Christmas I bought a gold charm bracelet, & the assistant had no idea how to hook up the safety chain, so I took it to another jeweller & had it done, at a cost of £8. I could have gone back to EJ, but wanted the bracelet for Christmas, so it was easier to go to a local shop.
As stated, I have never had a problem with EJ, & I have a lot of diamond & pearl jewellery from them. I've always found the staff helpful & friendly too, with the exception of the lady at Christmas, & she was very obviously new to the job.
