Bad Points

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with over the Internet. I ordered inks a month ago and they are still not here . they say they deliver in 48hrs . They do not answer the phone lines or return emails and when I did eventually get through after repeatedly phoning day after day, was told the 'it's in the post' scenario.


General Comments

I have not received my inks ....they have taken my money...I am extremely angry . I can only urge others not to deal with this firm. I have found a website where similar experiences from other customers to this company have stated the same concerns....I wish I had seen this before I attempted to order from printcartridgesdirect.com
