Probably the only good point about LloydsTSB is the large network of braches.
Is it just me or is there something deeply wrong with a bank where managers don't use email in this day and age?
Online banking is complete nonsense, would be nice if it actually showed your current balance.
4 days to transfer funds between LloydsTSB accounts? Who are they trying to kid!
Online banking intra-accoutn transfers take 24 hours to show up, don't try it on a weekend, wou wont see your cash till Tuesday!
Lets be honest, there are no good banks. They get away with treating us customers like dirt because they know we need them and they're all as bad as each other. LloydsTSB however, has taken this to new lows. Recently they 'lost' a considerable sum of my money (when I say lost I mean they debited it from one account and it mysteriously vanished!, 3 weeks later and still my cash is nowhere to be seen. Fair enough you may say, accidents happen, but their customer service staff refuse to call me back and inisist that i must call them in order to check the progress of this issue!
If you're looking for a business account then like me, you've got customers that you work hard to keep happy. Imagine how long you'd be in business if you treated them like LloydsTSB.
