I contacted yes loans for a loan they got my bank details ect... and a few day's later i changed my mind so i cancelled it with them letting them know by email twice and fone calls in total six times i also told them not to take the 49.50 out of my bank to my horror they did and now iam having a big fight to get it back!!!!!!! I'm now seeking legal advice, and for the help line numbers that is a joke you can never get in touch with any one, they put you on hold and your fone bill goes up and still no joy waste of time.
