Very good choice of Scottish produce displayed on a well produced and informative website.-
Bad Points
Poor customer care.
No communication unless you contact them first.
General Comments
Sadly it is not as easy to obtain items as it is to order them. My order was despatched a week later than it should have been but no-one bothered to let me know.. Seven items were missing and I was charged twice for five of them. Also the packaging was not good enough to protect the pies which arrived crushed.
