Good Points

Some of their Products are cheap.


Bad Points

-Awful customer service.
-Faceless Multinational.
-All calls forwarded to call centre.
-Delivery & processing times are atrocious.


General Comments

My experience with BIOVEA is terrible! It's basically a horrible multi-national corporate monster which does everything as cheap as possible in essence, as long as you provide a good service, but they don't!

My order took 9 days after being "Processed" to be delivered, then a further 2 weeks after delivery to arrive!! Do NOT go near this company - pay a bit more and go to a smaller supplier.
