Sales process as you would expect slick and salesman visit within a week.
Price fair and windows fitting date agreed within 3 weeks
Windows looked good when fitted and fitters quick and clean
Bad Points
Aftersales service when things go wrong has been appalling.
Numerous visits to stop drafts
Front door bowed.
Now awaiting an appointment as door panel has cracked and although reported to the after sales service number 4 weeks ago and chased by me twice. I am no nearer to knowing when an inspector will call and what Modplan intend to do to rectify it.
