None whatsoever, apart from the attractive price of the kits I ordered.
Everything, poor customer service, terrible attitude of the staff, and bare faced lies told by people on the phone.
On 11/01/08, I put in an order for a set of Leaga Scudo Football kits at an online store www.sportscentredirect.com to the value of £118.59 I waited a few weeks for the kits which didn't arrive. I was deeply disappointed at the service I have received from them and on four or five different occasions, both via telephone and email. I have been constantly "fobbed off" by members of their staff and email's have not been replied to yet. When I have previously phoned, twice I had "They're not here from the suppliers yet" and the third time, on Tuesday 22nd of January, one of their members of staff informed me that the kits would be here "early next week". So I told my players that they would probably have their kits for the Wednesday night, which of course didn't happen. I ordered them for a five a side team which has already played 9 matches with no kit, and the team are disappointed and asking me questions on when the kit will be available, which I have no answer to. On Monday the 11th of February I was actually lied to by a member of their staff. I rang (as I have been doing for the past 4 weeks) to check on the status of my order and the gentleman on the phone took the order number and informed me that the kits had been "dispatched last week". When I told him that they hadn't been received by myself, he informed me that they had been delivered to the address I had given and if they weren't there today, they would definitely be there tomorrow. Fantastic, I thought the matter would be resolved and my kits would in my possession ready for our game tonight. I got increasingly frustrated at the lack of communication from them. I expected to hear from them if the order was going to be longer than a week after purchase, as it states on their website; "Delivery times vary between products, with stock items being dispatched the next working day. Ordered items are usually received within a week of purchase, if there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you." However, I heard nothing. I decided to cancel the kits, so phoned up and was informed that I would have to do it in writing. I sent and email and a letter to them and heard nothing. So I phoned a few days later and was told that the order had been cancelled and that refunds can take up to 30 days from cancellation. So I waited, checking my bank account every few days and still no refund. So today I phoned as the 30 days refund time had expired from when I cancelled the order to question them about the money. I got constantly fobbed off by the man on the phone that the "Accounts department" were on lunch, and they would ring me back at 2pm. 3 pm I phoned them again. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, before I hung up and rung them back. They then told me that someone from accounts would ring me by 4 pm, which didn't happen. I phoned them yet again, and they told me the accounts department have gone home and would be back in the morning at 9am. I had a check on the internet and read reviews of other people who have had the same problem with this company and still haven't received their kits, goods, or refunds months and months later.
