Bad Points
It is difficult to attach to the screen - it either drops off or you cannot remove it at all!

General Comments
Have had mine for around 15 months and no problems - always gets me there and around traffic problems.
I would certainly get another TomTom!

I've heard a lot of criticism of Tom Tom windscreen mounts. Have you considered trying to find a dashboard mount instead? As far as I know they make them for the US market so might be available in the UK too.
